What is your favorite part of your job? Leading my team of loving, talented professionals. 

What is the most challenging part of your job? I really could use an extra few hours in each day!  Between being a wife and mom, running the business and seeing my own clients makes for pretty busy days!

What is the most rewarding part of your job? Watching new stylists learn, grow and prosper under the guidance of my Senior Stylists who are so open and generous with their knowledge. 

How important is it for women to lift each other up and what does that mean to you? It’s the most important!  Our salon is predominantly women on staff and our clients are mostly women. We must truly be on the same team to do our jobs well!

Which women are you inspired by in your local community, and globe? I’m inspired by Cassie Piaseki who has always been my biggest cheerleader in my business. She walks the walk and is incredibly smart. 

On International Women’s Day, what is the most important message you want to send out to young women thinking about their careers? Do what you love, try new things and never settle and your life is long, you can always change your mind!
