IWD at Lido: Kendall & Libby Glazer

Kendall Glazer
Co-Founder of Stoney Clover Lane

What is your favorite part of your job? Meeting and connecting with our customers! Whether it’s in the SCL DMs, in our stores, or through one of our community initiatives like Stoney Clover Lane University or SCL Book Club.

What is the most challenging part of your job? Stoney Clover started with just Libby and I running it! It’s been a learning experience this past year, as we grow our team, to take a step back and focus on the higher level priorities versus getting into the daily minutiae!
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Seeing how happy our products make our customers!

How important is it for women to lift each other up and what does that mean to you? Women lifting up other women is the way forward. To me, it means supporting other people’s endeavors and making space for them on our shelves.

Which women are you inspired by in your local community, and globe? Our Stoney Clover Lane team!

On International Women’s Day, what is the most important message you want to send out to young women thinking about their careers? Trust your gut!

How important is it for women to lift each other up and what does that mean to you? It’s crucial! Lifting other women up to me means learning and leaning on other women, understanding there’s space for all of us to succeed.

Which women are you inspired by in your local community, and globe? Our Stoney Clover Lane team!

On International Women’s Day, what is the most important message you want to send out to young women thinking about their careers? Anything is possible! Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
