Join us for a Mother's Day sound bath with Summer (@soundwithsummer) on The Lido Deck. Relax with mom, recharge your mind and body, and release all that no longer serves you.

Let's truly take this time to honor all of those who play a mother in our lives, collectively through this meditation. Come set an intention, raise your vibe and tap into your highest self, mindfully.

3:30-4pm check in
4-5pm sound bath

WHAT TO EXPECT
When you arrive, please show your ticket (on your phone or printed) and we will provide you with a wristband. You will be laying down on a yoga mat and relaxing to the sound frequencies.

WHAT TO BRING
- a yoga mat
- a small pillow
- a blanket to keep you warm if it's chilly or breezy

WHAT TO WEAR
Dress like you’re going to yoga or kicking it on the couch - super cozy and comfortable.
